Delete inside the game
- Open your pilot Profile.
- Open Settings in the top-right corner.
- Select Delete Account, type DELETE, and confirm.
This authenticated path deletes the account immediately. If you no longer have the app or browser data, use the request form.
What is deleted
Pilot identity and Google link, progression, currencies and resources, inventory and equipment, cosmetics, quests, research and crafting, combat history, rankings, Guild membership, Market activity, messages, and device links.
What may be retained
An anonymous inactive deletion record and limited transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained where necessary. They cannot be used to restore the pilot. Public request details are kept while the request is verified and completed.
Deleting a Rivet Nova account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play to stop future billing.
